Gritter Francona is looking for an IT Security Program Manager to join our team! The Program Manager will act as part of the Cybersecurity Division (CSD) and the Vulnerability Management (VM) sub-division to fulfill the CSD cybersecurity mission by performing various types of assessments for Federal, State / Local / Tribal / Territorial, and Critical Infrastructure / Key Resources environments. This work will be onsite in Arlington, VA.
The Program Manager will oversee the operations of a Remote Penetration Testing project. The Program Manager responsibilities include :
- Serve as technical and programmatic liaison to the Government with the authority to commit company resources as necessary to ensure efficient and timely program execution.
- Monitor the progress of performance on tasks
- Ensure the provision of quality and timely deliverables
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for assigned programs with minimal guidance
- Provide overall strategic management
- Define the program scope / objectives and manage project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Develop program management plans, program documentation, work breakdown structures, program schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation
- Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information
- Review risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and propose budgets for the same
