Qualifications

  • Backend Skills : Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus).
  • Frontend Skills : Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN.
  • Cloud Platforms : Proficient with AWS or Azure.
  • Scalability : Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus.

Core responsibilities :

  • Build Product : Quickly ramp up and contribute to our Chat and Voice products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.
  • Technical Leadership : Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the backbone of our solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
  • Ownership : Take full product ownership, from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems.
