Construction Crew Member - Broadband

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our construction team to help us meet the demand for reliable connectivity.

As a Construction Crew Member at Grizzly Broadband, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of our broadband infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with installing fiber optic cables, conduits, and other telecommunications equipment.
• Performing manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, placing cables, and operating construction machinery.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Conducting site clean-up and restoration following construction activities.
• Reporting any issues or obstacles encountered during construction to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and tools safely.
• Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and dig for extended periods of time.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferred - valid CDL CLASS A driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid State of Montana driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
