The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Position is part time to start with possibility of becoming full time.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
- Familiarity with office environments and basic office software applications.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- A background in sales or client services can enhance your effectiveness in this role as well as experience in the glass industry.
