Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Position is part time to start with possibility of becoming full time.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
  • Familiarity with office environments and basic office software applications.
  • Experience in cash handling is a plus, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • A background in sales or client services can enhance your effectiveness in this role as well as experience in the glass industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
