We’re excited to announce an opening for an in-office Contact Center Lead position!
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00/hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience to step into a key role and help guide our contact center team to success.
As a Contact Center Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our inbound Customer Service teams. You’ll directly supervise agents, provide performance coaching, handle escalated customer issues, and support the continuous improvement of our team’s performance
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance, ensuring service standards and KPIs are met.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve call quality and overall performance.
- Manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist with training and development.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements and drive team success.
Job Requirements:
- One-year related on-the-job experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency and computer literacy.
- Must be able to work any Call Center shift.
- Strong organizational skills & detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
