What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Budtender position at Grizzly Pine?
Grizzly Pine is looking for an experienced and energetic Lead Budtender to oversee daily sales operations. As the Lead on the dispensary sales floor, you will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by supervising performance of sales floor staff, while keeping inventory stocked and in compliance per state laws. The ideal candidate will have management experience and knowledge of subjects such as sales, marketing, and Montana cannabis rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Train, supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance and compliance
- Communicate with production managers to maintain product pricing, variety, and availability
- Maintain and audit inventory for accuracy
- Ensure compliance of sales operations
Skills
- Proven experience as supervisor in a retail or customer service setting
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Technical literacy and capacity to learn new software as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
