What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Inventory Specialist position at Grizzly Pine?
Grizzly Pine is looking for new Inventory Specialists! As we grow, so does the need for more awesome team members! The ability to work with a small team, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask are paramount to this position.
Job responsibilities:
- Use Metrc daily to create transfers, receive inventory and perform regular inventory audits
- Ensure all inventory is categorized into the correct room on the state websites
- Managing back stock effectively, following state compliance measures.
- Pick and pull inventory for affiliated transfers based on inventory needs in a timely manner
- Uphold stellar communication standards with Retail Directors and store managers based on inventory needs
- Perform regular inventory audits
- Maintain a clean and organized working area
- Receive transfers using the state website
- Other various administrative office work.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and meticulously organized. Must have a desire to learn and help grow the business. Candidates must be comfortable and confident using a computer. Buyer/Seller communication is important so applicants will need great customer service and problem solving experience. As we continue to expand so does the potential for growth.
This position will start at 20-30 hours per week Monday-Friday (schedule may vary based on employee availability)
Candidates must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid form of ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc). The Cannabis Control Division requires all employees to have a Cannabis Control Division Worker Permit as a legal requirement for compliance. Candidates who already have a CCD worker permit or have submitted an application for one will get priority in our hiring process.
