What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Floor/Associate Manager position at Grizzly Pine?
Grizzly Pine is looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat Sales Floor Manager! The ability to lead a team, attention to detail and the ability to multitask are paramount to this position.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing the sales floor staff (budtenders), which includes: working with HR for any hiring needs, building schedules, staff reviews, corrective action, training and covering shifts.
- Complete EOD reports and cash management.
- Work closely with Production Manager to manage sales floor needs and inventory.
- Maintain the website menu and develop specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Other various administrative office work.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and organized. Must have a desire to learn and help grow the business. This position includes the use of a POS system as well as the state required Metrc, so this person needs to be confident and comfortable using a computer with accuracy. The Associate Manager also works budtending shifts during the week, so excellent customer service skills are crucial.
The position is 40 hours a week with the responsibility to cover any open shifts on the schedule.
Candidates must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid form of ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc). The Cannabis Control Division requires all employees to have a Cannabis Control Division Worker Permit as a legal requirement for compliance. Candidates who already have a CCD worker permit or have submitted an application for one will get priority in our hiring process.
