Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and customer service skills to effectively demonstrate our products and meet client needs. Note : This job is commission based ONLY, you will receive 25% ticket sale commission.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand professional network.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or retail environment.
- Strong territory management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills for conducting product demos that engage potential customers.
- Outstanding customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
