WHO YOU ARE
· Sales professional with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through effective account management and oversight of an assigned portfolio
· Experienced in overseeing daily operations and management of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) or real estate properties (preferred).
· Background in the landscaping industry, with hands-on expertise (preferred).
· Skilled in estimating, negotiating contracts, and establishing competitive pricing terms.
· Adept at managing client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
· Strong communication skills with a focus on proactive follow-through.
· Committed to providing exceptional service with a genuine care for others.
