Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident job site.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, coordinating materials, equipment, and labor to prevent delays.
• Identify and resolve site challenges proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, project managers, engineers, and field staff.
• Utilize project management software and company-provided tech tools (tablet/smartphone) for reporting and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial, industrial, or government construction.
• Strong ability to lead crews, coordinate trades, and drive project success.
• Familiarity with construction blueprints, specifications, safety regulations, and scheduling software.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with project teams and clients.
• OSHA 30, Fall Protection, and Lift certifications preferred (training provided if needed).
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed (per diem provided).
