Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our office team. This role supports both the financial and HR functions of the business and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Prepare and process payroll for multiple locations or departments
- Reconcile invoices, vendor statements, and payroll reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
- Handle confidential employee and financial data with discretion
- Collaborate with management to support ongoing financial processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting/payroll software
- Prior experience in accounts payable and/or payroll roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Schedule & Flexibility:
This is a daytime position with some flexibility in hours. Candidate must be dependable and able to adapt to business needs as they arise.
