Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services, including upselling items when appropriate.
- Assist in product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Help manage stock levels by restocking shelves as needed and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the retail environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn about products and engage in product demos effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
