Accounting Clerk

Summary: Responsible for the timely and accurate posting and maintenance of accounts including the proper application of credit adjustment procedures.      Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:  Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for timely and accurate posting of accounts  Processing of credits and payments Communicate GSC Delivery and Credit adjustment procedures to customers and inter-company departments to ensure proper posting of receivables. Courteous and tactful communication with customers in resolving accounting issues.
