Summary: To Maintain the facility, office, grounds, and equipment. Applicant required to have a valid Motor Vehicle License with an acceptable driving record.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Skills
Proven experience as maintenance technician
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instructions
Responsibilities
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Education and/or experience:
Two years related experience or training
Language skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and common fractions
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, man-lift, saws, paint sprayers, refrigeration gauges, torches, evacuation machine, recovery machine, electric meters
Physical Demands:
