Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products.
- Perform quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the assembly line.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly found in assembly tasks.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
