Responsibilities:
· Interface with other departments and branches to help resolve customer complaints
· Stock evaluations to verify customer complaints and monitor dated material
· Contact suppliers regarding returns and replacements for customer rejections
· Generate customer replacement purchase orders and restock charges
- Identify recurring trends, suggest solutions, and work on resolution implementation
· Ship and acknowledges all credits generated from customer returns
· Investigate customer complaints and record results
· Make purchase order adjustments as required
· Process sales order cancellations and charges
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Excellent computer and problem-solving skills
· Professional communication skills with all levels of customers and suppliers
· Basic analytical/accounting skills
Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2 years of customer care or customer support experience
