Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team in a clinical laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in laboratory procedures and be well-versed in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP). This role is essential for supporting various laboratory functions, including histology, microbiology, and molecular biology, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of samples for testing and ensure proper documentation of results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Adhere to GLP and CGMP guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to laboratory processes.
- Analyze data from experiments and contribute to the interpretation of results.
- Support various laboratory functions including histology, microbiology, and molecular biology tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience in a clinical or industrial laboratory setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures, including histology, microbiology, molecular biology, and analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of CGMP and GLP regulations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly.
The position is a temp to perm. The shift is 830am to 430pm days flexible but must be willing to work weekends. Position is OT Eligible.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
