Location: The role will be on-site an average of 3 days per week but it will vary based on project site visits. (Reimbursement for travel provided)

Position Title - Project Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Do a walk through with foreman prior to starting the job
- Do a final walk through on completion with Foreman, and Job supervisor.
- Daily reports must be completed and in the job file daily
- Photos must be posted daily on company cam
- All Metal orders over 50’ must be walked with the foreman and signed off on by both Pm and foreman
- Must be on every delivery, go through materials with foreman and sign off on material list with foreman
- Must have an interim inspection on every project over 40 Sq
- Job dependent inspections could be multiple
- Must be present for all manufacturers and Architects inspections
- Change orders must be signed and in place before works happens
- SOV must be approved before material delivery
- Billing must be in and approved on time and per contract
- Dan Hibbard must provide safety plan on all jobs larger than 40 sq
- Safety must be set up per osha requirements and signed off on by foreman and PM
- Clients/owners must receive bi weekly progress reports
- Clients/owners must be notified if we are not working on site for any reason
- Preconstruction meetings must be held on all jobs over 40 sq, to include PM, Foreman and Safety officer
- All Credit card receipts for project must be collected and allocated to the project by the PM
- Weekly Meetings with, controller. Finance, Pm’s and Owner
- Daily schedule calls with All Pms, Operations manager and director of operations
- Track work progress and crew hours
