We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational efficiency, and risk management. The ICF Division Manager drives strategic vision, integrates technology and process improvements, and prioritizes client satisfaction. A seasoned construction professional, they lead bidding, preconstruction, project management, and final delivery while fostering excellence and accountability. This role is essential to Groen’s strategic success.
Ideal ICF Division Manager Candidate:
- Seasoned commercial construction leader with experience in concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing Construction teams in dynamic environments.
- Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Committed to sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive commercial concrete construction experience.
ICF Division Manager Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Lead projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring efficiency, quality, and budget adherence.
- Optimize workforce planning, standardize processes, and track performance metrics.
Project Execution:
- Review plans, ensure compliance, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Lead meetings, oversee procurement, and manage Change Orders.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to codes, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Develop contingency plans for disruptions.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Mentor, recruit, and retain top talent.
Client & Industry Engagement:
- Build client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Represent Groen at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Business Growth:
- Develop strategies, acquire clients, and secure contracts through bidding and partnerships.
