What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Technician position at Groesbeck Pro's?
Responsibilities:
- Facility cleaning and organization
- Plant work, including but not limited to transplanting, pruning, trellising
- Waste tracking
- Plant Inventory
- IPM Spraying
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Anything else assigned by management
- Work well with other team members
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have RELIABLE transportation
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a cultivation or warehouse setting
- Knowledge of working in a production environment
- Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation facility is a plus but not required.
Other Requirements:
- Organizational skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Become familiar with procedures set by management
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (reasonable accommodation can be made when appropriate)
- Ability to do basic math
- Ability to lift 60 lbs to waist height
- Ability to work on ladders
Ability to work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
