We are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Manager to join our team immediately. 

This position can be based out of Essex, MD, Frederick, MD, Folcroft, PA, or Vineland, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete financing process for customers, ensuring timely and accurate approval and funding of contracts.
• Coordinate and facilitate the financing of sold equipment for both the company and our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Handle all related paperwork and documentation for financing and equipment sales, maintaining meticulous records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing equipment sales and financing.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with finance sources, including manufacturers, to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating customer financing for significant purchases, ideally within the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to equipment sales and financing.
• Ability to manage and support the sales volume across multiple locations effectively.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
