Description
GT Mid Atlantic, LLC. a leading construction equipment dealership in PA, NJ, MD, DE, and Northern VA is looking for an individual to immediately fill the full-time position of Rental Sales Representative.
Previous experience in the renting or selling of heavy equipment is preferred. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serve as the key rental customer contact and rental consultant at our branches.

Recommend solutions to the customer and quote prices, and fulfill orders based on customer need.

Identify and generate new leads for rental customers and contact previous customers to generate business.

Establish new rental accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
-
Set up and maintain rental contracts accurately and timely.
-
Follow up with customers on accounts as needed.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
-
Prior experience in heavy equipment rentals and/or sales.

Good customer relations and communication skills.
-
Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite.

Highly motivated and organized.
-
Ability to multitask.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
-
Driving automobiles and construction equipment.
-
Climbing into a cab of construction equipment and trailers.
-
Lifting up to 75-100 lbs. of parts and/or machinery.
-
Reaching high and low.
-
Bending down to look into engine and other areas of equipment.
-
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company driving policy.
