GT Mid Atlantic, LLC. a leading construction equipment dealership in NJ, PA, MD and DE is looking for an individual to immediately fill the full-time position of SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Inputting Service Technician times into work orders
- Inputting Service Technician and other employee times into time clock software
- Processing work orders
- Ordering Supplies for the shop and office
- General office support for the service manager and other employees
- Performs clerical functions to support the office
- Receives and distributes all mail, correspondence and service information
- Communicates with all service contacts in a professional manner
- Maintains all department files and ensures material is filed properly and/or scanned
- Support the service manager in enforcing policies and maintaining high company morale
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong clerical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relations skills
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office Suite
- A good working knowledge of office equipment and clerical functions
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
- Previous experience in the construction or automotive industry is a plus
