Job description
We are looking for an individual to work as part of our front office team to provide administration support. You will work directly for the Office Manager.
We are open to both experienced candidates and individuals looking for their first career opportunity.

Sample Responsibilities
- Phones: Answering Incoming Calls, Calling Vendors and/or Customers
- Prepare: Shipping Paperwork, Purchase Orders, Customer Invoices, etc.
- Investigate: Check on Status of Orders, Get Pricing Info, Retrieve Information, etc.
- Support Accounting Processes: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger support, Create/Review Purchase Orders, and Invoicing
- Updating and Organizing: Various Company Filing and Computer Systems
- Help Make Everyone Around You More Efficient at what They Do
