About the Role

Our groomers use their skill and love for dogs to ensure every pup has a stress-free grooming experience - all supported by a positive, groomer-oriented culture!

Provide luxury 1-on-1 care to pups while bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming.

Work independently in our Hanvey grooming vans.

Need a little extra time for special pups? Our support team can make sure every appointment is scheduled according to the groomer's needs.

Receive support from our in-house concierge and fleet teams - they'll handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming!

Enjoy a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality at every appointment.

Want more stability? Choose between 3 different shift types and work the same days every month!

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rates (not commission) because of our drive for quality, not quantity.

Hourly pay between $28 - 38 / hr (base tips)

Typical monthly earnings are between $5,000 - $7,000

Bonus opportunity up to $1,000 a month!

Role Requirements

1 years of professional grooming experience

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfortable interacting with customers / pet parents as needed

Comfort with using smart phones (you bring the knowledge, we'll provide the phone!)

Ability to lift and groom dogs up to 50lbs (75lbs preferred)

30 min Virtual Meeting with a Grooming Manager where you can ask more in-depth questions

On-site Pawdition! (Technical Groom)
