Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a skilled Operator Skid-Steer Operator / Water Truck to join our team. In this role, you will operate skid-steer equipment to support maintenance and service tasks at a power generation plant. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating skid-steer loaders and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate skid-steer loaders and water truck at the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
- Safely directs truck traffic during unloading and loading operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on the skid-steer and attachments to ensure proper functionality.
- Performing daily cleaning, upkeep and safety checks of the equipment pre and post operation to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Support additional labor tasks as required, contributing to overall project completion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
