Job Summary: As a Post-Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning newly constructed or renovated buildings to ensure they are ready for occupancy. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the physical stamina to complete the tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean construction sites after project completion, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and clean carpets, tiles, and wood surfaces.
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windows, walls, baseboards, cabinets, and countertops.
• Remove any debris, construction materials, and trash from the site.
• Clean light fixtures, air vents, and other high surfaces.
• Ensure all restrooms are sanitized, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Clean windows inside and out, removing smudges and dust.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools to remove stains, adhesives, and other materials from floors and surfaces.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report any damages or issues encountered during the cleaning process.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• One-year previous experience in post-construction cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to work in various environments, including construction zones, with potential exposure to dust and debris.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
