- Leads and supports the host team in delivering a warm, welcoming, and consistent guest experience.
- Oversees daily host operations including reservations, seating charts, and door flow management.
- Greets guests promptly and by name when possible, creating a memorable first impression.
- Manages and updates host manuals and SOPs in alignment with current service standards and protocols.
- Ensures all host team members maintain proper appearance, uniform standards, and adhere to grooming policies.
- Prepares and communicates reservation notes, VIPs, and pacing expectations to the management.
- Maintains complete knowledge of the menu, venue layout, VIP guests, and table/station assignments.
- Responsible for scheduling the host team in accordance with business volume and pars provided by the Department Manager.
- Monitors waitlist and reservation accuracy, communicating real-time updates to kitchen and management.
- Ensures menus are clean, current, and in good condition; replaces damaged menus as needed.
- Frequently checks in with waiting guests to ensure they feel acknowledged and updated on table status.
- Follows food safety and health department standards at all times.
- Resolves guest concerns with professionalism and a guest-first approach, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participates in all required meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates full-time schedule flexibility, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holiday.

Knowledge And Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness and safety.

- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
