AWS Cloud Architect
Groove Jones is seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, high-performance cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This is a project based contract role.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures using AWS services
Develop and maintain containerized applications on AWS
Configure and optimize load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and performance
Create and manage highly scalable, highly available systems with important traffic spikes
Design and implement efficient database solutions
Required Skills and Experience :
Extensive experience with Amazon ECS for container orchestration
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container management and deployment
Expert knowledge in configuring and managing AWS load balancing services
Proven track record in designing and implementing highly scalable systems
In-depth understanding of Amazon MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts
Experience with Amazon CloudFront for content delivery optimization
Proficiency in using AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure automation
Strong background in serverless architecture and AWS Lambda
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10 years of experience with AWS Services
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification preferred
Additional Qualifications :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
