Position Overview :
The Parts associate sells parts to customers over the counter or on the phone and ensures that every customer understands parts delivery ETAs and associated charges. The Parts associate will accurately transact retail and wholesale parts sales and promptly address customer inquiries. The Parts associate gives a positive impression to every customer regarding their overall parts experience at the dealership.
This position is commission-based, and income opportunity ranges from $40,000 - $60,000 per year
