Position Overview

The receptionist greets customers and vendors at the front desk and answers and transfers incoming phone calls to the applicable department. Additional duties include making customer follow-up calls, confirming appointments, scanning, and data entry. This role requires a highly professional individual representing Groove Auto to deliver a fantastic guest experience.

Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays

Essential Functions :

Managing a multi-line telephone system by answering calls in a professional and courteous manner

Directing / helping customers to the correct department

Additional clerical duties, as requested by management

Requirements :

Minimum of 1-year professional office experience and be highly dependable and customer service oriented.

Data entry with solid attention to detail and accuracy

At least 18 years of age

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances

Authorized to work in the United States
