What You’ll Do
- Oversee cabling installation projects and guide technician teams in the field
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess and document scope
- Set up and maintain structured cable pathways according to design specs
- Perform post-installation quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Train field technicians on proper cabling practices and safety procedures
- Collaborate with Deployment Managers to align on timelines and team resources
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer communications
What You Bring
- Must Haves
- 3 years of experience in low-voltage or structured cabling installation
- Strong understanding of cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools, testers, and labeling systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and scope documentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
- Nice-to-Have
- BICSI Installer or Technician certification
- Experience with hospitality or commercial cabling projects
- Familiarity with network closets, rack building, and cable management
