Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and the ability to provide excellent technical support to employees. This position requires the IT Specialist to be on-site five days a week and on-call on weekends in case of emergencies.
Pay is based on experience : Up to $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for computers, printers / copiers, telephones, and other IT-related equipment .
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems .
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for employees in a timely manner .
- Ensure system security, updates, and data backups are regularly maintained.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT access controls.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements .
- Document IT procedures and maintain an organized knowledge base.
- Be on-site five days a week and available on-call during weekends for emergencies.
