Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, upload, and organize various office and automotive documents into the digital filing system.
- Ensure scanned documents are clear, accurate, and properly categorized.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document retrieval as needed.
- Work closely with office staff, service department, and accounting to ensure records are up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot basic scanner and office equipment issues.
- Perform quality control checks to verify all scanned documents are legible and complete.
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, or scanning role (preferred).
- Familiarity with document management systems and scanning software.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDFs, cloud storage).
