Responsibilities
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers rapidly and accurately
- Removing used dishes, utensils, cups, trash and debris
- Assisting wait and bar staff wherever needed
- Acting as a point of contact between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Delivering a great customer experience
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and standing for long hours
- Able to multitask efficiently and under pressure
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-pace work environment
- Prior experience a plus
