What we’re looking for
Experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
Experience with hand and power tools
Good organizational skills, mechanical ability, and proactive working habits
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and fast-moving atmosphere
Manual and physical dexterity; physical demands can include heavy lifting (50 lbs. )
Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Assist in the fabrication and installation of interior and exterior signs, graphics, and displays. Taken a product from the initial design to finished components ready to assemble.
Assist in all stages of fabrication from raw materials to assembly to finishing, primary focus is on the broader process of creating metal structures sand products from start to finish
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Effective time management, and ability to work overtime / weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
Ability to think creatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks
Reliable, hardworking, and organized
How you’ll make a difference :
Assist and shadow the Fabrication Team with both quick-turn and high-level projects. Problem solves in-the-moment and overcomes obstacles. Meet deadlines and produce highly accurate signs and graphics while also collaborating and working closely with our installation, design, and project management teams.
