About the Role :
The role of Project Management Director is also inclusive of the role of Project Manager. As a Project Management Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and resource management for the Project Management team. You will also be responsible, as Project Manager, for the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed successfully, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities :
- Provides direct leadership, guidance, mentorship and training to project management team members
- Foster strong relationships with leadership, managers, and key stakeholders across the company to maintain awareness of upcoming project needs and resources
- Work closely with all department supervisors and leadership teams to align company resources, project execution timing and reports on project management-lead projects
- Collaborate with leadership team in meeting company goals
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness by demonstrating trust, communication skills, collaboration, productivity and engagement
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor project progress, risks, and interdependencies.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of project management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
