Enterprise Technology Director
Mission : Lead a team of technical professionals and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives, ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business outcomes.
- Technology Roadmap : Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the organization's technology vision, goals, and priorities, and ensures alignment with business objectives.
- Leadership : Lead a team of technical professionals, including architects, engineers, and developers, to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.
- Architecture and Design : Develop and maintain enterprise architecture and design standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across all technology platforms.
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring timely and within budget completion.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Management : Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring the organization's technology infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Communication : Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate technology strategies, plans, and progress, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Compensation : At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $171,000 to $281,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location : Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
