Operations Product Sr IT Manager
Mission : Optimize and manage our NetSuite platform, ensuring seamless integration across operations, finance, and other business functions. As the NetSuite expert, you will drive system enhancements, streamline workflows, and provide strategic insights to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role :
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and system maintenance.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure secure and compliant platform access.
- Analyze current NetSuite processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Develop custom solutions using declarative tools and collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and reports to meet operational and financial requirements.
- Partner with teams across Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure NetSuite aligns with business objectives.
- Partner with third-party partners and vendors for integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite, including regular audits and cleanup.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making and business insights.
- Provide ongoing training and technical support to users across the organization.
- Document processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and system continuity.

Compensation : At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $171,000 to $232,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location : Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
