Gross and Company is conducting a Personal Injury Law Firm client search for a skilled Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of litigating and trying medical malpractice cases, including handling all phases of litigation from case evaluation through trial and post-trial motions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Simultaneously manage multiple client cases, ensuring timely and effective progression through all stages of litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies.
- Engage in depositions of medical experts, parties, and witnesses and prepare for expert witness testimony.
- Represent clients in court, including motion hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional communication and legal counsel.
- Negotiate settlements in the client's best interest while always preparing for trial.
