Job Description
The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for greeting and assisting our customers with service appointments, dispatching jobs to the technicians, managing repair order status, and keeping the customer informed and happy with the work performed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Tracking all open and scheduled repair orders for the service department.
- Working with customers to keep them informed on the status of their vehicle.
- Help manager warranty submissions.
- Schedule and dispatch the repair orders to the appropriate technicians.
- Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction through excellent and timely communication.
- Help at the Parts Counter when our Parts Manager is busy or absent.
- Assist in other aspects of the business as needed all while displaying a positive and upbeat attitude.
Qualifications and Skills
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will become experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined the below factors may enable your success as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor:
- High quality Customer Relation Skills. This person makes more contact with our customers on a daily basis than any other position.
- Some type of experience in the automotive field.
- Must have computer proficiency.
