Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. The Landscape Laborer will play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ landscapes are beautiful, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces.
- Utilize power tools and equipment for tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the installation of landscape features including plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes.
- Irrigate areas as needed to ensure proper hydration of plants and lawns.
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe.
- Build landscape structures such as retaining walls or garden beds as directed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and cleaning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with operating power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.55 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
