Tire Specialist - Belle Fourche

Purpose

This position is responsible for providing professional tire services for trucks and small agricultural equipment, ensuring the highest levels of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As part of the Grossenburg Implement team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers maintain reliable equipment performance and contribute to our mission of delivering superior service and quality products.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform with precision and efficiency tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs for trucks and small agricultural equipment.
• Provide excellent service to customers both in the shop and when responding to field service calls with on-site repairs or replacements.
• Provide recommendation for sales of additional related or needed tire parts, accessories, or services.
• Assist in keeping department and equipment clean and orderly and in excellent working condition, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management by organizing stock, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Routinely lift items weighing 75 pounds, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and stamina.
• Stay updated on industry standards, new products, and tire technologies relevant to trucks and small agricultural equipment.
• Hours for this position:
  • Belle Fourche store hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • May work some Saturdays

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with truck and agricultural equipment tires is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for tire installation and repair
• Ability to diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience connecting with customers, maintaining a professional image and establishing rapport
• Demonstrated basic understanding of the selling processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to drive forklift for unloading and loading tires
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for service calls
