Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who can manage pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement while providing top-tier service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about their case progress.
- Gather and analyze intake information, medical records, and supporting documentation.
- Obtain Police Reports
- Notify Medi-Cal and Medi-Care
- Handle property damage claims
- Verify insurance coverage and maintain communication with adjusters.
- Coordinate medical treatment for clients, schedule appointments, and follow up on care.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring they are prepared for demand submission.
- Work closely with attorneys to assess case value and negotiate settlements.
- Proactively monitor case progress and provide regular updates.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing personal injury cases (pre-litigation).
- Ability to handle a heavy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a STRONGLY PREFERRED but not required.
