Position Summary
This position serves as the chief human resources officer for the District, responsible for the administration and management of a comprehensive human resources program to support the mission of the District and its colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on human resources-related matters
- Analyze and evaluate HR metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- A master's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, public administration, business, or a related field
- A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible management experience directing human resources functions in a public or private organization
