About the Role
We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as our Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. The successful candidate will oversee the administration and management of a comprehensive human resources program to support the mission of the District and its colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on human resources-related matters
- Manage the District's human resources budget
Requirements
- A master's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, public administration, business, or a related field
- A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible management experience directing human resources functions in a public or private organization
