The Role
As a Customer Support Representative , you’ll be at the heart of our customer success strategy, ensuring our clients maximise the value they get from our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate personalised training sessions, helping clients get the most out of our platform. Through your guidance and proactive support, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
In your first few months, you’ll receive comprehensive training, preparing you to take on key responsibilities such as :
- Client Engagement : You’ll connect with clients to help them navigate the platform, offering tailored support and guidance.
- Delivering Training : You’ll create and lead clear, engaging sessions that simplify complex concepts and empower clients to utilise the platform effectively.
