The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a skilled Outdoor Living Expert to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop client relationships and create designs that bring customers' visions to life. The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire to live out our values of: Excellence, Positivity, Integrity, and Collaboration.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain current customer relationships and referral sources. Communicate regularly with clients on project updates, alterations, and designs. Actively represent the company in the community. Ensure client satisfaction upon project completion and review final project statements.
- Achieve Sales Performance Goals: Track sales targets and milestones. Utilize strong sales skills to showcase company capabilities and competitive advantages. Prepare detailed, competitive estimates that align with company goals and meet client budget requirements.
- Project Management: Take accurate measurements and elevations of client properties. Ensure accurate, to-scale designs that bring client ideas to life and guide production teams. Produce detailed job packets with all necessary information for seamless installations. Coordinate with Operations and the customer before, during, and after the project. Maintain records in the company's sales tracking system and provide regular updates.
