What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Plow Driver position at Ground Control Property Services, LLC?
Job Type:
- Operate snowplow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions
- Remove snow and ice from designated areas using plows, shovels, and other hand tools
- Salt or sand surfaces to prevent ice buildup and ensure safe conditions
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Perform routine maintenance on snowplow equipment to ensure proper functioning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating snowplow equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
